About the author

Ronnie McDevitt has been watching Scottish football for more than forty years, attending four World Cups and two European Championship - and seen Scotland play overseas more than one hundred times. Previous books include We'll Support You Evermore based on his travels with the Scottish team, Except for Viewers in Scotland, documenting the history of Scottish football on TV, and most recently More Than Argentina, the biography of former football manager Ally MacLeod.
