HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE A LIVERPOOL FAN?

We're Everywhere, Us is a season diary with a difference. It’s the story of Liverpool’s 2014/15 campaign, told not through the usual descriptions of games and goals but through the stories of Reds fans.

Edited by Guardian journalist Sachin Nakrani and The Times’ Carl Coppack, it collects together pieces by many of the best-known writers on LFC – as well as regular fans at home and abroad, and even a handful of opposition fans – each with a different personal take on what it means to support Liverpool.

The effect of this great collage is to piece together an image, an emotional map, an original perspective on how it felt to support the mighty Reds in 2014/15.

We're Everywhere, Us includes varied and highly unique pieces on every match the Reds played, offering a fresh insight into the city, the history, the emotion, the attitude that is Liverpool Football Club.

It features an exclusive Foreword from Liverpool and England legend John Barnes in which he speaks of his love for the club he graced for 10 years and the city where he still lives.

Highly respected author Kevin Sampson pens a brilliant and definitive tribute to Steven Gerrard.

There are perspectives from Reds living abroad – in the United States, Australia and the Republic of Ireland – who explain how they formed and maintain their support for the club.

And five opposition fans also provide their own unique takes on the club, among them leading football writers Martin Cloake and Simon Curtis.
